(~50 minutes) - Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
Gentle Yoga – This is a gentle vinyasa flow practice during which we will seamlessly transition from pose to pose in a flowing manner while remaining connected with the breath. Practice may include standing, seated, and supine/prone poses. This practice is suitable for all levels.
(~35 minutes) - First Fridays of each month at 5:30 pm
Yoga Nidra – This is a type of guided meditation. It is usually practiced lying down, however, any position in which you can completely relax is recommended. During this practice, we will draw our attention inward and learn to move between the states of wakefulness and sleep, allowing our bodies to find its natural state of equilibrium. This practice is suitable for all levels. *Bolsters, blankets may enhance the practice , as well as eye masks.
