This is a type of guided meditation. It is usually practiced lying down, however, any position in which you can completely relax is recommended. During this practice, we will draw our attention inward and learn to move between the states of wakefulness and sleep, allowing our bodies to find its natural state of equilibrium. This practice is suitable for all levels. *Bolsters, blankets may enhance the practice and are available, however, you are welcome to bring your own as well as eye masks.
Cancellation & No Show Policy | Class reservations may be cancelled up to two hours before the start of the class. There is a $10 fee for late cancellations or not showing for classes. All sales are final. No cash refunds.
